ZP17 Rotary Tablet Press This machine is a principal equipment used in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries for automatic and continuous forming of tablets from granulated materials. It is specially suitable for small quantity and mass production of pharmaceutical, candy and calcium tablets of round form or other different geometrical shape tablets (except model Zp19). The turret carries 15 19 sets of punches and dies, so 15 19 tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret. During operation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during operation, so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused.
